Point 1: I want to live in San Fransokyo. Immediately. Our own version of reality is definitely not cool enough.
Point 2: Baymax is my hero. “Flying makes me a more effective health-care companion.”
Point 3: I dunno. But you just have to see the movie.
It’s not perfect. The strong female characters are, well, weak. “Woman up!” was a good line, but there’s no character development behind it. And while I appreciate the heroic grad student thing and the enthusiasm about borderline plausible technology, well, I have some issues with the villain (which I can’t tell you about because I don’t want to do spoilers). So, yeah, it’s not perfect, but it’s very very very fun. How to Train your Dragon for technophiles fun, in fact.
